Supporting and resourcing the leadership skills of people with disability and families enables them to then support and resource others. A circular model that represents NACBO’s approach to building capacity of people with disability and the communities they live in. At it’s core is social and economic participation and it has three equally sized sections surrounding it that show how NACBO delivers this. The first is education with the dot points of: groups, workshops, conferences, online and resource development.
